He also said that applications for Health and Allied Sciences courses (Tanzania Mainland) will be made through the Common Admission System (CAS) and that the list of all courses and colleges offering those courses is available in the Admission Guide for the 2026/2027 Academic Year on the Council's website www.nactvet.go.tz.
"The Council insists that each applicant be personally involved in the entire application process, write their information accurately and carefully, and keep the records they will receive from the Council through their phone number, without using anyone else to avoid inconvenience that may arise in the entire application process for joining courses in various colleges." Dr. Lingwanda emphasized.
He urged those applying through the Common Admission System (CAS) that they can apply to more than one college and be selected in the college they applied for which will depend on the competition that will exist in that college.
In addition, once the applicant is selected, he will receive a message from NACTVET through his phone number he entered in the system when applying.
“The message will inform him that he has been selected to join a certain college (name of the college), and he will be given a code number which he will be required to use and submit to the chosen college on the day he goes to the college to begin his studies.” He said.
