Certificate of Secondary Education Examination(CSEE) aim to identify students with the capacity to proceed to the advanced secondary school level or join training institutions. A holder of CSEE is expected to be able to apply their knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation skills in a broad range of activities.
All students selected advanced secondary school level sit for Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE), this is an assessment test offered to candidates who have completed two years of advanced level secondary education and have at least three credits in their CSEE.

Therefore, candidates at this level are expected to demonstrate mastery of the learned skills at various cognitive levels in a broad range of activities: knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation.
