Restoration of JKT training in accordance with the law was one of the top priorities of the fourth term of the government of the United Republic of Tanzania under the Commander-in-Chief and President of the United Republic of Tanzania, His Excellency Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete. The fourth term government has restored JKT training because of its good will to continue to build patriotism among the youth of Tanzania. It will be recalled that due to the difficult economic situation, the government was unable to afford to conduct JKT training in accordance with the law. On June 15, 1994, JKT training in accordance with the law was temporarily suspended.
The Nation Building Force has done a great and good job of building a spirit of nationalism and patriotism among the youth who have passed through the Force. This is a place where youth of all ideologies, all races, all ethnicities, all religions meet, live together and do training and work as brothers of one family.

No other youth development agency has surpassed JKT in this task, perhaps even the habit of many Tanzanians not asking each other about their ethnicities is due to the presence of JKT. Young Tanzanians who go through JKT meet different young people from every corner of our country, which is why they do not even have time to ask each other about their ethnicities because they all see themselves as one.
In addition, the effects of the suspension of JKT training affected many and that is why the fourth phase Government has restored JKT training in accordance with the Law. Finally, on 26 March 2013, JKT training began, including fulfilling the government's promise to revive the training at the Ruvu camp.

As was the case in 1964 when JKT began and in 1968 after training in accordance with the Law was established, national leaders took the lead in participating in the training. The JKT training began and there were a number of 22 members of parliament who participated and completed the leadership training. The MPs were dispersed to various camps for a two-month training they requested themselves to receive training that they believe will build them more patriotism for their nation.
