ANNOUNCEMENT OF INVITATION TO INTERVIEW
The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat on behalf of MDAs & LGAs, Office of the Treasury Registrar (OTR), Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA), Tanzania Roads Agency (TANROADS), Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP), Tanzania Atomic Energy Commission (TAEC), Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC), Institute of Leadership, Tabora Water and Sanitation Authority (TUWASA), Ministry of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development, Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA)
wishes to inform all Job Applicants that the interview is expected to be conducted from 25/09/2025 to 03/11/2025 to finally allocate work centers to the successful candidates. Interviewees called for interview should observe the following instructions:-
1. The interview will be held from the date as indicated in this advertisement, the time and place where the interview will be held is specified for each Cadre.
2. Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview area wearing a Mask
3. Each Interviewee should have an identification card for identification;
4. Acceptable identification cards include:- Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driver's License or a letter of identification from the Local Government/Village you are from.
5. Interviewees are required to arrive with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, Form IV,
VI, Diploma, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree and so on depending on the qualifications of the Applicant.
6. Candidates who submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, Form IV and Form VI results slips (form V and form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
7. Each candidate will be responsible for their own food, transportation and accommodation.
8. Each candidate should adhere to the date, time and place of the interview.
9. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania should ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET or NECTA)
10. Job applicants who have not seen their names in this advertisement should log in to their Ajira Portal accounts and see the reasons for not being called so that they do not miss the opportunity at another time.
11. For cadres that are required to be registered with their Academic Boards, they should bring their Original Registration Certificates along with their Working Licenses.
12. All candidates called for interview should ensure that they log in to their accounts and copy their exam number as these numbers will not be released during the interview.
